Paver Installation
Pool decks, patios, driveways and walkways. We work with the highest quality of materials in order to provide a satisfactory final product — excavate, layer the crushed concrete base, level and compact, then lay the pavers.

We are specialists in paver repairs. Sunken, drifting or bulging pavers usually come down to erosion, roots or a base that was never compacted properly — and all three are fixable without starting over.

Your pavers are an investment that should be protected. The sealer inhibits algae, mold growth and ant mines, and enhances colour and appearance. Three finishes: Natural Luster, Super Wet and Ultra Wet.

Pool decks, patios, driveways and walkways — in paver and travertine.
We work with the highest quality of materials in order to provide a satisfactory final product. The installation process consists of excavating the area (if needed), layering the crushed concrete base, followed by leveling and compacting, and finally laying pavers.
The part you never see
Almost every paver problem we get called out to repair started underneath. A base that was never compacted properly will sink within a year, no matter how good the stone on top looks on day one.
We partner with Tremron, Flagstone and Harmony, so you choose from a real catalogue instead of whatever happens to be in the yard that week.
Coping and deck in paver or travertine, cool underfoot.
The space you actually use, defined properly.
Built for vehicle weight, not just appearance.
Front porch to back gate, in one pattern.
Stacked stone features on a base that holds.
Natural stone, for the look and the temperature.
We are specialists in paver repairs
Sunken, drifting or bulging pavers — diagnosed properly, not just re-laid.
Sunken or drifting pavers
The root cause for this common issue can vary, but it's almost always due to natural erosion that occurs over time due to weather conditions, roots moving along the soil or other natural causes.
If the pavers have been installed within the past year, sinking can occur due to poor installation if the base was not compacted properly. In this case, we recommend the customer reach out to the original company to check if they provide a warranty on the installation. In some cases, pavers can also drift apart if the concrete edge has been damaged.
Pavers bulging
When pavers are sticking up or “bulging”, it is typically due to tree roots that are growing underneath and pushing them up.
Lifted, base corrected, re-laid to level.
Usually a damaged concrete edge — we rebuild it.
Roots removed before anything goes back down.
The restraint that keeps the field tight.
New life for pool decks, driveways and patios.
If your installer's warranty covers it, we'll say so.
Protect what you already paid for
Sealing inhibits algae, mold and ant mines — and brings the colour back.
We believe your pavers are an investment that should be protected. The paver sealer is made to inhibit algae, mold growth, and ant mines. It also protects your pavers, enhancing color and appearance.
The sealer we use is manufactured locally by Seal N Lock, located in Odessa.
How the process works
A detailed pressure washing of the pavers, followed by sand washing to replace lost sand, and lastly, sealer application.
Afterwards we recommend avoiding stepping on the pavers for 6 hours, avoiding pet exposure for 12 hours, and parking or placing the furniture back in place after 24 hours.
No shine — the stone, just protected.
Some shine. The one we recommend.
Extra shine, for a wet-look finish.
Detailed clean before anything is applied.
Lost joint sand replaced, not skipped.
